i need alot of help i installed the video 9, and when i go to convert page, these nothing about new convert. this thing sucks.

why does PSP video 9 only convert soem of the files, i have tried to convert some files that are rm file type and it did nothing but make something that was 0 megabytes and did nothing and i am still having some trouble with converting avi files, will someoen help me with this?
