who ever can get me a staravia at around level 28 with good moves, gible any level (below 30), or a honchkrow any level (below 30) will get a Chimchar or a Monferno (evolve form, your choice) from me.

Can someone explain to me what exactly the group thign is for? I know how to make a group but I don't get what it is for.
