I'd recommend the R4. all you have to do is drag and drop roms. The R4 OS is easy to use, includes a bunch of cheats incase you need them, allows for themes, can press LRABXY ingame to go back to the R4 menu, and includes Moonshell which allows for playing music, movies, and e-books. Among other things.
