A option to remove the gore? Thing I hate bout these games are basically the gore.
They always distract me from gameplay
I've never played ManHunt so I don't know whats it like. But I've played other games that are have some gore like Unreal Tournament, I'm always distracted by it, so basically I turn it off and I play alot better then I normally do.
Having gore in the game is basically another distraction ... as long as it isn't really fully gorish then there should be no problem with the game. But in this case sounds pretty .... bloody. Chances are kids have already seen something scary or gory. I've heard kids from Elementary watching some scary movies , I've heard they play games like Silent Hill and Resident Evil. It looks as if there is no problem with it anymore ... everyone is so familiar with blood.
But ... I'd say to let it go and get it published, the parents can decide if they want their kids to play some game like this. Heaps of people would like to play games like these.
If you aren't allowed to play it just play something like GTA or Hitman.
