Yes you can run Homebrew on Crimson DS' since they run on the same processor as regular Nintendo DS'. Also no you cannot purchase a DS Flash Cart (R4, TTy) at a retail store, as it is illegal to purchase or sell anything that has to do with getting free games (ROMS/ISOS) Also, it is illegal to even download a ROM. So yeah, go to you'r local ghetto store. Or check out Kijiji/CraigsList.
