i have a GUI program that i used to make my mem card. but it's only for the FAT psp's and when you use it, it will take you psp back to v1.50. and i used this program to make the mem card on my pc (via a card reader) and when the card was in the psp.

click "HERE" to download it. and remember, you can only use this if your psp is a FAT one and not a slim.
