rpg maker is pretty good,its only for comp games though
blender is sick. time consuming, but an epic program. not sure if you could put it on psp. (Im assuming youre making a psp game because its in the psp section).
a few of my friends use flash to make some psp games..? I only have used it to make flash vids, but I think they used it for games
