I disagree the Cease and Desist order by Sony, came at a time when active members numbered in their hundreds, member activity was declining because this site; which is about Sony's Playstation Portable console, (PSP) was essentially a flop, or to put it bluntly, A Crock of Shit (The PSP).

This was the Sony at that time, was the Company that sold the PS3 for a huge price, they were out of touch and lost market share because of it, now they are back on earth perhaps future incarnations of the PSP will be better.
