You have opened up the ISO if you are seeing .bin files. When you unrar it you should end up with 1 file and it will be either a .ISO or .CSO.

UMDGEN 4.0 install on your computer. When you get your download to an ISO open it up with UMDGEN and go to save. When it comes up it will ask you 3 different file types, select the CSO(compressed ISO) this should save it to a file small enough easily to run on a 1gb stick. I have it at 344mb in .cso
