You need to uninstall inacor XMB mod(you will have to find one that is for the firmware that you install) and upgrade to 4.01m33-2 or 5.00m33-4.

HERE this will take you to 5.00m33-4 but if you want 4.01m33-2 just substitute the 4.01m33-2 and the official 4.01 firmware for the 5.00 stuff.
