i wont make any decisions on the psp2 until I see some solid evidence. I both wont over nor under estimate it. I have hopes it can emulate ps2 games, gawd, that would be awesome for piracy, so many games I finished 9/10's of but didnt have time and was too many games.

still, dont assume it will or will not have the ability to emulate ps2. hell, dont even assume it can be modded. we can hope, but just like the ps3, maybe itll be locked down tight
