Yes but you need to remove all the customized stuff first if you can, all the stuff that you had customized fro the 3.03 will not be compatable with the 5.00m33, you will have to find all the fonts that will work on it. The game emulators will be fine but you will have to get the 1.50kernel addon and install that and run with the 1.50kernel for them to work or you can find some emu's for the slim and they will be fine as is.
After you upgrade with the mms to 5.00m33-4 you need to immediately upgrade to 5.00m33-6 before you do anything else.
