Rumour: Halo 3: ODST Achievements Leaked?

Ahhhh, the big achievement leak ... it's almost a tradition now as we've recently seen this happen with GTA IV, Fable 2 and now, Halo 3: ODST amongst others. I'm not saying we're entirely innocent on this subject as we usually seem to be the centre of it all. Fear not though, for once we are completely innocent.
Game-Tut.com recently posted a video showing all of the Halo 3: ODST achievements. "How?" you ask, "it's not even out!" Well I would hazard a guess, seeing as they are all unlocked, that we maybe looking at the work of a modder.
Be warned, the achievements do leave a few spoilers around so if you don't want to ruin the game's few surprises, wait till you've played the game. If you don't want to spoil it, expect achievements for campaign progression, Firefight, a few collection achievements, some combat achievements, Vidmaster achievements ... in fact, they are of a similar nature to Halo 3 ... go figure!!
For now though, we'll chalk it down as a rumour simply because with a game that far away from release, the achievements could very well change. That, and someone could have been feeling very creative. I mean VERY creative.
This also must mean the game is leaked
