Why do most girls now, tend to act slutty?

Yeah, I'm a guy, I should be more with it, but eh. It's just not right. Why do most girls act so slutty? Is it the media that is making the girls believe that dressing and acting that way is appropiate(grr! Spelling error>_<) or something? For example, in my eyes, those little toys that little girls play with, the "Bratz" teach the girls to dress in a sort of slutty way, and give them unrealistic images(being skinny as f***). And then, maybe we, guys, also influence them into dressing/acting that way. We guys(some of us, not all of us), when we see that hot slutty girl, we drool over her, and other girls see this and notice that it could be a fast way to catch the attention of the guy they like and then, they act slutty. I should stop now, cause I feel I can go through ever single concept of this and not let any of you talk...>.>

That's right on actually the media tells them that when they are slutty boys will like them, and for the most part that's true. In reality what's happening is girls are making themselves worth the same amount as some guy's right hand. In others words there making themself worthless, and in this type of moral state the last thing woman are going to get is a quality guy, girls that respect themselves are hard to find .

But yea it's media, television, newspapers, magazines, and so on they all have a part in it.

i think if the girls decide to act slutty and appear slutty, that the only reaction that get from guys will be....i guess....really really bad reactions. I guess the only disadvantage of a girl acting slutty is the guy never being able to take her seriously.....so the guy will only see her as a fling...and would probably not even want to be in a serious relationship with her. I guess the only thing to do is to try and help these misguided girls.....letting them know that acting slutty will get them no where in life and that......acting slutty may even provoke rapists/paedophiles to abduct them. But i guess the main reason as to why girls act slutty is either....boosting self confidence.....influence from the media definitely......and maybe even just raised that way. Its really unfortunate to see these circumstances happen and i guess the only thing u can do is sit back and watch......

Anyway i see all these girls going around looking sluty as hell but it is ether sluty or emo girls are like now adays i see very few girls in my school just normal. They may as well be waring shirts saying "Im going to be a slut bang me now for a £"

A fling is a descriptive word that does describe how people see most people that act slutty. What's even more interesting that that these girls that degrade themselves are just that degrading themselves and making themselves worth less. That's their problem yes, but if it spreads to our own kids later on then were going to be in one morally decrepit society. Then again this is how a society that is totally liberal is like. We just don't know when to stop.

PSP crazy has a point, if things continue the way they are, it is more than likely that our own kids would begun to behave this way, thinking it is just fine
