Nope probably not. I asked at Game if there would be any bundle packs for it when its released, and he said he didn't know. That I'd have to wait til release day to find out

But he did reckon one of the bundle packs would be to do with Brain Age, or the new Nintendogs game (Dalmation one), but that was only his guess, and he could be wrong.

2 more weeks of waiting.................then i got a residential the next two days so cant play it anyways

Re: Best Buy DS Lite = FREE Brain Age

wow, eb in US gives $70 for the ds trade in? thats a good deal cause eb charges tax after the credit is taken off so its kinda like getting $70 plus whatever tax is in ure area.
in canada its only $50 which is a horrible deal. best buy here didn't give out anything either. had to buy mine regular price at eb but either way i'm happy, been waiting forever to get my hands on one.

btw, bex, whats a residential?

Its a trip away, normally for a weekend. But instead of a holiday/vaction, its normally to do activities. Like the one im off to is a festival for the duke of edinbrough's 50th anniversary - but tis a residential cuz we stayin (campin ) over nite, and its to do with work - but we gettin out of doin much work, and doin the team challenge thing they got goin.

And $70 i think is good, how much is the DS lite bein sold for?

Here in the UK, its £99.99, and if we trade in the old DS, its £59.99 (wow, £40 for the DS) so off to ebay it'll go, and I'll get more than £40 for it

Re: Best Buy DS Lite = FREE Brain Age

i own a 1.5fw psp yet i bought the ds lite on release date (bought two actually! but i was only able to get one free brain game from best buy) i've played every single game on the psp and right now im liking the ds a whole lot more. i actually bought 4 other games (nintendogs, animal crossing, mario kart, the sims 2) and that is already more games i've bought on the psp (which were twisted metalnline and darkstalkers on release day but traded twisted metal yesterday towards ds games)

online gaming so far is much more enjoyable on the ds than on the psp. i've only played mario kart online so far but compare that to the psp, i'm pretty sure i'll like metroid prime hunters over socom and syphon filter online. (twisted metal online is a joke)

i'll be getting a micro sd flash cart when those come out so i can watch movies on my ds. from what i heard, the quality isnt great but the screens are about the size of a video ipod so i want to test it out first hand. really the only thing the psp has over the ds is the screen. when the opera browswer comes out on ds, its going to own the lame psp browser.

okay i take that back. the psp owns in graphics also but to me it comes down to gameplay. if only the ds could match the psp in graphics I believe nintendo would have the superior portable.

Re: Best Buy DS Lite = FREE Brain Age

I confirmed that ACWW hacking via AR + Map Editor runs just fine on DS Lite @ Immortal and Crawler ...

Mine is the White color, one thing that I dont link, is the inner part of the DS, the surface seems so fragile to dirt and oil, almost the same like iPod wheel's surface, not exactly sure though, hope it hold up pretty well against dirt and oil ...

The outside part is the same with PSP, it has clear glass/plastic coat on it, so pretty much easy to clean, but also easy to get finger prints on it ...

The screen is so much better , the color is much vivid compared to old DS, havent figured how to change the brightness level, though ...

You will not regret getting New Super Mario Bros and Metroid. I'm not sure about brain age. I don't have it. If you get Metroid I'll play you and dan and own both of you guy. Thats the way we role. Also in Metroid we can talk using the built in mic.
