if the DS brought out more adult games like felling the magic (striping girls is amazing :p) and resy evil ds that wold be good cos i cna not stand buying anygames for my DS anymore cos of all the crap games (well the are good but for kids) the only game i have got for my DS now is resy ds that is it i i don'tthink i will buy anothere game for my psp apart from zelda.

...listen, xbox wasn't a "huge" succese. Who told you that? From a "sale" statistic, the xbox only sold a bit more then the Cube(go to ign.com). You can't say that it was popular all-over the world when is NOT. It wasn't even that successful in the US (comparing to the PS2) and you don't even want to know the sales in Japan. BTW, FYI...M$ went out and bought a lot of major developers in Europe and Japan. The xbox has a lot of Japanese games and it still sucked in sales. It sold for one reason "FPS" because Americans are addicted to that kind of crap...OH, and Helo sucks ballz because its the same crap from part 1 to part 2....

I am not a Halo fan nor do it play it but I never said it was awesome or great. But I dont think saying it the same crap from part one to part two is something to be proud of. Saying that is like saying Nintendo games are always different. Legend of Zelda was pretty much the same. Mario related games too as well.

IGN.COM isn't an authoritative reputable source of information. Stats are easily manipulated and not always true. If you want to prove to me that you are 100% right, I rather read an argument that has been from either a peer review journals, stats that come directly from the source and not third party material. University papers on the topic would liekly be the best example in proving your point because they are more detailed and more reliable than stats and figure found in other forums, fanboys and non acedemic websites.
I couldn't care less about the sales in Japan because I don't live there and they have nothing to do with me. The reason for the lack of sales doesn't always mean the games were crap. I guess your forgetting other factors too. The lifestyles of the Japs, living conditions, behaviours and others. Japan is quite a xenophobic country.

Anyway, you can your right. I am not going to argue because fanboy wars are hindering and it close enough to talking with a brick wall since they are not open to other views and so bent on theirs. It is stuff like this is why I don't the DS. It isn't a bad system, it just has games that don't appeal to me. Plus I am not a biug fan of continully jab/line and poking the screen.

Lemme see, I can play games on PSP and DS, I can watch movies on both, I can listen to music on both (better listening to music on DS as well), yep and ebooks. Havent tried IRC though.

And internet browsing, now although the opera browser is seperate, and u gotta buy it (not out in the UK) from what I've seen and heard, it is much better than the PSP's browser as well.

Now, apart from graphics wise, tell me why the DS is crap compared to the PSP? (And sayin the games are crap is not a reason, as that is a preference. I dont like any of the 360 games, but that doesnt make the 360 crap, gettit?)


Its obvious from your statement, that you know nothing about the DS really, so to say it is crap, doesnt really equate to anything as you know nothing about it.

Another annoying feature of a fanboy is that if he is loyal to a console, he usually goes to rival console forums and spams the place up with inults about how his console is 'better'.

The thing about IGN, though its a place of gaming and general information, they are also a place to promote games and marketing. Why do they get invites from the game companies? Because they are cheap and effective means of implementing marketing strategies. Communication and advertising through non-effort exposure. IGN isn't the only ones special like you make them out to be. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] is exactly the same. They do all the same things with games there too. Im sure alot of media outlets do the same thing and many other sites too.
The thing about university papers or academic research remark, well i guess it demostrates your poor understanding of how university research is undertaken and its process. Academic papers are normally written and researched by people who are actually interested in the topic. Otherwises, they wouldn't have even done it then. They have a fundamental interest in the topic and actually do deep information gathering on the themes and ideas. Saying that they know nothing about the industry or never plays games is really shallow thing to say.

Okay...you're giving me all this mumble-jumble and then you give me a definition from "urban dictionary"?? I thought you were making some "valid" points. So, are you telling me that "any" video game web site or agency gets a invites? What world are you from? If that's the case then prove me wrong and tell me who else then ign.com gets to go to Nintendo's big wig daily?...and it better be vaild too.

I went to college and I know how these papers are written, trust me...I haven't seen anything that was written without inputting their own bias opinions...it's like reading something that a politian wrote.
