so i bought a ds lite from my friend today..
and the screen isnt calibrated...i did the
options calibration and no help...so i think
its a defective touch screen...do you think
nintendo will replace it??

I doubt they will replace it, they charge for their rapairs. Now if your friend has a warrenty on it then that is a different position. In that case you can send it in for repair.

he even said it did the same thing when
he got it..shouldnt they be obligated to
replace it??

They are obliged to do within warrenty, if he didn't send it in via warrenty then its his faults and not nintendo's. Its a company policy, and they cant really go against it.

set up a repair...free of charge...im so happy rite now

it was only 70 dollars with four games...if i didnt get it repaired
i was going to turn around and sell it..and the games....and made
money off of it....
