hey guys quick question, if i buy a ds in china/japan, will the language be chinese/japanese? and can u change the system language on the ds like the psp? tys

o yeh, are nds games region-locked? tys

I do not know specifically about the Japanese ones, but the NTSC DS can be changed to English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and what looks likes Chinese/Japanese...I can't tell.
Just go to settings > the little wrench > then the globe to change them.
