| GamingCrazy Newbie | Re: Play Pokémon Diamond and Pearl on PC. ZaNGetZu, for some reason your guide didn't work, so I've played a little with the settings and what a surprise! I succeeded making it playable in a normal speed! here's the guide I've made, though I might edit it if I find a better way to speed it: IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. Make sure the No$gba you have is 2.4b or more, if the version is lower then that it'd probably fail. 2. I use the USA version of Pokemon Diamond. 3. If you don't succeed go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and search there for the USA Version, then go to the forums and look there for a pinned thread about Pokemon Diamond, they have good instructions and there's also a link to download the latest No$gba!. How to play Pokemon Diamond on No$gba Emulator! (EDITED) Start the Emulator, open Pokemon Diamond and go to Options, Emulation Setup. Now, you’ll need to input these settings in order for the game to work fast: Emulation Speed, LCD Refresh: Unlimited MHz-Disaster 10% Reset/Startup Entrypoint: Start Cartridge Directly Video Input: 24bit True Color GBA Mode: VGA (poppy bright) GBA Cartridge Backup Media: EEPROM 8KBytes NDS Cartridge Backup Media: FLASH 256Kbytes Solar Sensor Level: Darkness Sound Output Mode: Digital Mono (fast) Sound Desired Sample Rate: Low (10kHz) (fast) Multiboot Port: None/Disabled Multiboot Normal/BurstDelays: Medium/Medium (stable) Number of Emulated Gameboys: 1 Link Gamepaks: Gamepaks in all GBAs Link Cable Type: Automatic And you’re done! Have fun playing Pokemon Diamond! Last edited by St. Ducky; 07-01-2007 at 05:28 PM. |
