All three support clean Roms. Wich means all NDS roms are playable by just dragging them on the memory card. No need to patch them first.

What the best card is to choose from? Cant really tell cause i only have used the R4DS wich is very good. The R4DS and the M3 are exactly the same.

The CycloDS is just a couple of weeks old, so that might be the best card to choose. It has the best Homebrew support. Just google for some Reviews about the R4 and CycloDS, some reviews compare these two cards with pro's and con's.

Good luck!
