to be able to play homebrew apps/games, your psp must be either on v1.50 or on a custom firmware. as your on v3.03, you can downgrade back to v1.50, then you can install a custom, firmware. have a look at this guide "[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]" for instructions on how to downgrade to v1.50. when you have downgraded to v1.50, you can then update to v3.52m33-4, then update to v3.90m33-3 or v3.95gen.
