You need to reduce the file size of it since it is most likely to large just cut the size down.

you need to be an active member on here for some time before you can become a staff member. so start posting and enjoy the site. if you wish to become a part of the writing staff, then post some reviews, articles etc. and if the writing editor and admin like your work, then they will think about singing you up as a writer.

and not being funny (and in no way am i flaming you), posting in the correct section or threads will help.
