Frosty, god damn it...

You click on your User CP at the top left of your screen, then from the bar on the left, select "Edit Signature". Just remember to follow the guidelines of signatures.

And you need 50 posts on here before you can have a custom sig.

25 for a custom avatar - but before that you can use one of the pre-uploaded ones.
