I have a problem.every topic on that i posted.i mean when somebody posts on the topic i posted.sh*t.i allways get stupid e-mails on my outlook.i get 50 e-mails every days.heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllllllllllllllllllllpp ppppppppppppppppp

You need to change your settings to "not be notified of new posts" and don't subscribe to any posts also. Go to your use cp and you can config it there.
