FFX international - penance

its old, but i love playin it... the one thing i'm wondering is that has anyone beat dark aeon - penance without bribing yojimbo to use zanmato... just used normal attack with strategy...
coz i still cant, even after power up on full stats with luck around 150++ on all character... a bit low on hp though, around 40000hp... if u do, plzzzzz state overall character stats n how long u took to beat that b*****d penance.
