Making Pokemon: Master Quest Rom

Hi, I am a very good Rom maker. I'm new to game Crazy because I love games. However, I need some of you other Rom makers help.

I need programs that can do the Following:

-Create and insert new Pokemon/ Take out old pokemon
- Edit the Whole Begginning so instead of saying Pokemon: Fire Red it says Pokemon: Master Quest
-Of course edit the credits as well.
- Maybe get new battle cries if possible


As you can see, comparing to how many other thigns I already have, it really isn't much. I go to the website studiopokemon.com to get all my tools, but I don't know what some of the tools are because some of it is always in Spanish.. Any help would be appreciated, and If you DO help, your GameCrazy name will be included in the credits and Title of the game. Thanks a lot.

I had the same question as you not to long ago and this is what I was supplied with. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
This is for the GBA Pokemon only.

Hope it helps. Also tell me if you need help with making it. Im no experst but Im good at coming up with game Ideas. Ive played around with RPG maker and stuff.
