I'm not sure what the law is but whether its legal or not to sale this games to minors the publicity this will get will be bad for video games and the rating system in general. I am sure that best buy and other retailers will be stricter when it comes to selling m rated games at least till all this blows over. I think Jack needs a new hobby instead of trying to build a political career, kinda reminds me of the movie cb4.

What really gets me is how JT refuses to get the point and that is, how parents should be on their kids on what they buy because retailers are not going to enforce something that does not need to be lawfully enforced. He has mule binders on and can only see Take-Two in front of him. Pretty soon, if not already, people are just going to feel sorry for him and just ignore him.

Jack thompson doesnt realize that it is the maturity of the child and how well the child is raised its not the video game companys fault but hes to bone headed and ignorant to relize that and as soon as microsoft and sonys mercenaries capture him(just kiddin !)things will get better jk but in seriousness every time somtin bad happens he blames it on video games.

ps. make a xbox live account named jack thompson and see how much **** u get lol!!!
