Help Me!!!! I Can't Find Any Site That Has The Oot Debug Rom

HELP ME!!!! I CAN'T FIND ANY SITE THAT HAS THE OOT DEBUG ROM!!!!!

O.K., here is the chalenge:

1. Find a link to it that ISN'T BROKEN!!!!! NOT THAT OTHER STUPID DEAD SITE!!!!!!: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
2. Make sure it ACCTUALLY WORKS!!!!!!!
