i was messing around with the filters in photoshop and i made this sig xD

It would look nicer if the text sorta never stood out for the Graphic in the back also the white border puts me off it.

is that the mosaic filter and then an embossed effect?

i used the clouds render, then the lighting effects render (omni), then i just used the patchwork filter to finish it
