Otherwise, one will get one arm bigger than the other…lol But seriously, for the arms, you could use a thing called a "Power Ball". Do a search on amazon for it. Some of my friends have them. Basically it’s a gyro inside a ball and you have to keep it rotating. Sounds easy. But it’s hard to keep the speed up after a few min. it works the muscles that you thought you never had. |

anyways it would help if u told us how old u were? Next is eat meat or anything else with lots of protein. Protein shakes r good too but i'd be careful with those. Then hit the gym. If u want bigger muscles, lift heavy and do a few sets. like lift 4-5 times, rest, and repeat that 3-4 times. If u want to tone/keep in shape, do 3 sets of 10. You should really be struggling on ur last set. The more it burns, the more u r expanding ur muscles. But dont try too hard and hurt urself =P Last thing to keep in mind. U can have gigantic arms and muslces but not look muscular. The less body fat u have, the better u can see ur muslces. The goal should be around 3-5% body fat. For example, if u want a 6 pack, u gotta have 5% body fat or less. If u have like 8% body fat, u can do 1000 sit ups a day and not get a 6 pack. | |

| Jackass ![]() ![]() | Re: need help I usually do 3 sets of 8. And start doing physical things, that should be a no brainer. What do you do all day besides sit around and play video games? Go to a gym, there's no easy way to gain muscle mass. Hopefully you'll enjoy going like I do so that way it's not that much of a hassle.

Cadio is anything that will raise ur heart rate. ex running, biking, skating You must do cardio for at least 30 mins. The first 15-20 mins, u are only burning carbs! Anything after that, u start burning fat. Also with that, u might want to cut down on the amount of carbs u eat only IF U EAT A LOT OF CARBS. If not, just continue eating normally. Some food that r loaded with carbs are bread, rice, dough, potatoes, pastas, etc. good luck. |
