INI files are actually files in "disguise" to prevent them from getting deleted in upload websites. So I'm guessing you noobies are wondering how to open them. Well theres 2 ways, SO STOP COMPLAINING AND START DOING REGULAR POSTS.
Way One:
1. Right Click
2. Open With
3. Select WinRAR/Winzip or any program that extracts files.
4. Extract and enjoy.
Way Two:
1. Tools(at the top in folders)
2. Folder Options
3. View
4. Uncheck "Hide Extensions"
5. You should see something.ini, rename ini to .rar
6. Extract and Enjoy

Actually a lot of people are starting to do this so they don't get caught and have all their links taken away.

my question is......how do you make ini files??? my guess would be to just rar whatever it is and change the extension to ini

am i correct??
