Right but in most cases we own the games and systems. As for other people and what they do it's not our concern. As for me I only have stuff I own on my PSP I even carry the original carts, cd's and UMDs to prove I own them. Needless to say I haven't the room for anything else in my computer bag. It is true that many people on here may not own the original materials and therefore you are right in a way. As far as M33 and CFW's they don't count as piracy seeing as they are firmwares, you need to own the system to use them. Plus you don't pay for a firmware.

I do not speak for everyone, it's just that this site no longer takes questions like "where to download ISO's" due to legality factors. Now for SNES games there are many that are legal to download because they are not licensed by Nintendo and for the most part you do have to pay some fee of service for them which in turn goes back to the original companies. I don't know which ones do as I never owned a SNES and therefore don't carry the emu on my PSP. If I can find and buy one then I'll invest on putting the emu on it. If you want my policies on emulation and piracy you'll have to wait seeing that I can't find where I wrote it all down, but it's pretty good in my view. I'll look for it later.

Well anyway your right and wrong at the same time basically. You should not have emu's or roms on your system if you don't own them or at least not boast against piracy because it's a hypacritical statment seeing as your adding to the problem. Custom firmwares are not piracy, hacking the firmware of a system is not piracy, what is piracy is using the updated firmware to play games that are downloaded from the net and not going out and buying them.

Now I do believe in personal copies of games as long as your the ONLY one who has them, this means no sharing with someone if they say "Oh I lost my copy" too bad go to gamestop, ebay and buy another. Homebrew apps, now that's a grey line here. Which are you talking about, emulators are the ones I'd say are piracy prone if you don't own the system. App's like media players and such aren't piracy as they are coded specifically for the PSP...well I suppose I shouldn't say that because your right, in the past they did port them from the computer to the PSP. Well any homebrew app that was built from scratch for the PSP is not pirated software seeing as you don't pay for it and the devs don't sell them. I feel I have covered everything here, if I left something out feel free to tell me. Again I do not speak for this site, I'm answer the question you posted and why people aren't responding to it. It's not your fault, nor is it mine, it's just this site's policy not to talk about how to obtain PSP ISO/CSO's. Well anyway I hope that answers your concerns here, feel free to ask for help anytime.

if you indeed do not condone piracy then what about all the hacking and M33, Cfw's, and Homebrew apps.?? i mean putting Snes games on your PSP is illegal unless u own a copy right? its not like u don't have any illegal wares on your PSP right??
