flowtamize

i'm having trouble transfering games to my psp from my computer, i have the correct firmware (3.?? (m-33). when i unpack the game that i downloaded and then i extracted it (the file was .rar now it's .iso), i plugged in my psp and the folder from my psp comes up, then i drop my games(the file not the folder) into the "ISO", folder (i see the line on the psp screen moving left to right, then it stops), and on my computer screens says that this this files is not going into the right path or something like that. then when i go to the game section in my psp i see a game in there and the picture, when i click on the game, it says that the game cannot be played. can somebody help me with this????
