i need help makine a magic stick

after i let everything copy this appears and the files are corrupted.

What installer are you using?

What operating system is your computer running??

What brand and size of memory stick are you using?? Is it fully magicgate supported?

PSP is it phat or slim??

You are running Vista that is why nothing works, not even the Pandora Deluxe.

Try this HERE this will work on vista. Use the post for instructions and the file attached to the post. It will take you to 3.80m33-5 and the upgrade to 4.01m33-2 is easy.

If you want you can try this HERE this will go to 4.01m33-2.

If the first one won't work then try the last one.

I'm not a mind reader, please explain what you did and exactly what you mean by "it didn't work".

oh, damn, my bad.
i load the mms program and everything then place the place the battery in to my psp and start it while holding down the L trigger. then nothing happens.

on the guide, when it says 'To run place mms into PSP' are you talking about the card or the program into the psp file?

and would it matter that i have a service tool battery?

You use the program on your computer and your PSP as a card reader and when you run the program it will create your memory stick into a magic memory stick. You then turn everything off unhook all cables from the PSP and remove the battery. Now with the magic memory stick that you just made in place hold down the L trigger and continue to hold down while you insert the tool battery. The pandora menu should come up in around 20 seconds then release the L trigger.

It sounds like you are using the RainsMMS program, if the PSP does not load up into the pandora menu, then shut down put in regular battery, start up, go to Games, memorystick but do not press the X button to enter, press the triangle button. Select Information from the menu that comes up on the right side of the screen. There will be 3 lines of text, the last one says MagicGate. What does it say beside it??
