Icon5 psp custom firmares
hi i have cfw 5.00m33-6 and i was wondering should i upgrade to 5.02 GEN-A

is that cfw better then 5.00m33? and dose 5.00m33 plugins work on 5.02 GEN-A? also are the same ppl who made this firmware make all cfw including -5.02 GEN-A?

please answer these questions

5.02 gen-a does not offer any real advantage over 5.00m33-6

5.00m33-6 plugins are hit and mis

No, the same people that make 5.00m33 are different than those that make 5.02 GEN.

If it is anything like 3.95 Gen, which I did test, it is not worth the upgrade as it is probably not as stable as 5.00m33-6. It has a few added features but not worth the effort.

i got a psp with firmware 1.5 official and ta-082 motherboard i want to go to custom firmware 4.01 m33-2 please help me a detailed guide to reach my destined custom firmware.

i had official firmware and successfully downgraded it to 1.5 using pandora battery.

In the tutorial there is a thread on how to manually install 5.00m33-6, follow those instructions and get to 3.52m33, then go to 3.52m33-4. From there post back and I will take you the rest of the way.

I got 5.02 Gen-A either. Just like what urbanwolf said, im happy with my 5.02 Gen-A as well.
