Previous to entering the IP address in manually the attempt to connect always timed out at "unable to retrieve IP address". However, now it's timing out saying "A connection error has occured. The key information exchange timed out." Is it right to assume that this is because I don't know what kind of security type I have? The PSP has also given me a message in the past stating that my connection type is not supported by the PSP.

I am using the new PSP 3000, with current firmware. I've also heard that this is basically the Vista of PSP's when it comes to internet connection, among other things.

Help weould be much appreciated.
