newbie needs help again!

I have a psp that I think that has been semi bricked.
It had devhook .46 installed then my brother for some reason tried to go back to 3.11 now he cant downgrade to 3.50 anymore.It gets a system config error
800214c or something like that anyway is ther any fix .Itried to eboot 3.50
but getting error.

Please HELP!!

First of all, confirm what firmware that you are on at the moment. If your not sure how to check this, on the psp’s main screen, scroll left, then down to "SYSTEM SETTINGS" and press enter. Scroll down to the last but one setting and press enter. In there it will tell you your nick name, MAC address and what firmware your psp is on. If your psp is on a higher firmware than v3.50 then it will not install the update. but from what i can remember, your psp need to be on v1.50 to run dev hook and dev hook emulates the higher firmware. so if your on v1.50, then i would suggest you to update to a custom firmware and not to a offical firmware.

if this doesn't help you, then could you please give us some more details of the problem.
