| Super Moderator ![]() ![]() | windows se7en im considering getting a beta version of windows se7en. i've seen some threads about it, but im not sure if it's worth getting. it' looks very similar to vista. so im wondering, if it's going to just as big or even a bigger hog on the resources of the system. as i have a old system, vista does slow it down a lot. will this new os be the same??? what do you guys think??? |

| Re: windows se7en I would wait for the full version. just because if its gonna have any problems (and OS's will ALWAYS have problems, it seems windows more so than others) then a leaked version will have the most problems. but if problems arent an issue, I would say try and downgrade to xp? I prefer xp over vista, and Id have to say that 7 will probably use less resource than vista, but more than xp, because I assume they mightve toned down how protective vista was..? I dunno, thats all i can assume, but I only used vista a few times on my dads comp but other than that, I just avoided using it when possible |
