Setup Media Sharing w/ Nero MediaHome (Avi streaming supported)

I suggest converting ur avis to High Quailty MP4's by using the ps3 video converter that killswitch provided.

Just tried doing this, and the problem i get is when i go to click "Index Now" - there isnt an option that says that.
I think where its supposed to be, its replaced with another msg, which says indexing paused due to user activity (or something like that, ive closed it now)

Also, when i go to MediaHome, the devices tab along the side, isnt there.

i had that same problem ms bex.its cause you need to specifie the folder(s) you want shared.and don't click select all,thats your problem.i selected my video file,then my music one,then pictures.LEAVE EVERYTHING ELSE BLANK
otherwise it cheacks you whole computer for files..AKA IT CANT DO IT..
another thing,dont do ANYTHING while indexing,click it,and go get a cup o coffee or something,otherwise youl have to click again if you do something..

Yup, i tried that, deselected everything, and then selected vids/pics/music, but it still says the same. Im wondering if i have something open which is stoppin it?

ok leme get this straight,everytime you click on index,it goes to the "paused due to user activity"thing?

hmm i had that problem...lets see,i uninstalled mine then reintstaled it a few times,i also ran the updates on it....try that. note though updates take FOREVER!!!i dont think thats it,but you can try,i would try uninstalling then reinstalling first..cause that fixs things sometimes...GL

and tell me if this does't fix,i will try my hardest to figure this out..

Yah thats what i did, uninstalled it. And i installed mine from another link, so i downloaded the one from ^ link, and am gonna try that and see what happens.

Id also started doin other stuff before i tried it this morning, so when i restart lappy, will be first and only thing i do

NOTE:if you get your files selected,and then run indexing,and the files start to go up its working,don't touch anything and let it finish,when it says "idle mode"or something like that,it's finished

one more thing,make sure youve got nero 7 ULTIMENT EDITION,i made the mistake of installing premium edition lol

Yeh, i installed the prem edition, link was to prem reloaded up there and says use keygen for prem one. So if not, do i use keygen for ultimate instead?
