Killing the PS3 softly, with your Blu-ray movie collection

A website is claiming that they managed to kill a PS3 via just playing Blu-ray movies only. BUT, the 'killing' comes after they continuously played movies for a WEEK. Before its untimely death, they noticed that after six days there was a degradation of signal quality and claim the console eventually failed due to the internal thermal guage they placed melting itself to the console board. These guys need to find another hobby .
