Flash0 back-up's for SLIM only!

Well i had bought one from

and they #%@%$@ up because there are only 2 files on the stick so thats mistake #1

now on the older one i have the config says this

CROSS = "/TM/DC8/ipl.bin";
CROSS = "/TM/DC7/ipl.bin";
Up = "/TM/pandora.bin";
NOTHING = "NAND";

im going to email the company i got the mms stick and battery from and let them know what they did . no wonder i havent got very far with this .

i did check it when i got it and it had 2 files on it then thought thats what the new version went to SIGH im totaly guessing not .

so the 2nd battery and mms seem to check out just fine . only issue is . the battery is dead . ive got a charger for just the batterys and it just wont charge it .

ive got the software to make another mms on the 1 gig that i bought from the company but that wasent the point right . buyin it should have already had the stuff on it . so ill try that as well .

i know the battery works tho because i did test it on a buddies psp right quick while he was here in town . now he isent . so i cant re-test it . and i dont have a spare psp to use and find out .

Ok, now we are getting somewhere, on the one that has the config.exe file,again open with notepad and change the first line, the one with DC8 in it and change the line to L = "/TM/DC8/ipl.bin";

then save it.

Now when you put that stick in and hold down the Left trigger while inserting the pandora battery the mms version DCv8 will load.

It didn't work because the left or right triggers were not assigned and the cross button had 2 apps assigned to it, holding the D pad up button would put into the old pandora to load 1.50 but that would brick your psp even worse. By pressing and holding nothing it just trys to start up on the internal flash.

Thank you that did the trick . wow what a simple thing that was totaly over looked by me or anyone else by you

now i had to go get the firmware and such and stick on there but other then that it works and came right on first try !

is this for phat or slim??? cause it says only for slim and then only for phat

You know that you are the first person to catch that and I haven't even noticed before. They are for the Slim as there is another thread that is for the phat only, oldgit when he posted this did a copy and paste from the phat thread, I will edit that typo and end the confusion. Yes these are for the SLIM.
