You have to make cheats.txt it dosen't come with the device ...then just add this code into cheats.txt which you place in the root usually "f:/" and scroll through cheat dev and select load user cheats then turn it on and type the weapon cheat scroll untill you get a blank icon and that will be the smoke bomb
viola! NEW smoke bombs that are so sweet!

I made this one. It teleports you to the burnout 3 glitch I found. Drive a bike into the corner this code teleports you too. Pretty neat, I think.

Here is a short explanation on how to create your own:

Step 1: Go to www.maxbot.com and download the cheat device 0.7b to your pc.
Step 2: Connect your psp via usb cable to your pc.
Step 3: Put the cheat device save folder "ULUS10041S0" under F:\PSP\SAVEDATA (whatever drive letter your pc gives your psp, usually F:\) if your file has the same name save your file to a different slot so you don't erase it with this one.
Step 4: Use Notepad on your pc to make a file called cheats.txt and put this code into it:

Now put this file on your PSP under F:\ also called the root drive.
Step 5: Load up GTA LCS! and the cheat device will load up with the game.
Step 6: Make sure you have some granades in your weapons inventory.
Step 7: Scroll down in the cheat device and at the very end you should see something like this "OFF Weapon Set 1 Cheat includes Smoke Bomb" press x to turn the cheat on.
Step 8: Toggle the cheat device off so you don't mess stuff up and enter this code: UP SQUARE SQUARE DOWN LEFT SQUARE SQUARE RIGHT now scroll to where the granades are and it should be blank at first, throw one and the icon will become visiable as well as the smoke bomb in Toni's hand.
Step 9: Have Fun!

Note: Pressing Up + L1 or Down + L1 toggles the cheat device interface.
Note: Turn on 333mhz to speed up the frame rate a bit as the smoke bombs slow it down. (at your own risk! only use this for short periods of time)

I really have no clue, lol. I'm thinking it just turns off all of the cheats, but I can be wrong.
