AVC Vs. Standard MP4

Which format do you use to movies on PSP? AVC or Standard? which format is better as far as memory is concerned? which format is better as far as quality is concerned? How to increase the volume of the converted movie? Please share ur experience to make our experience with PSP much better.

AVC is by far much better ...1.Better Quality
2.Takes up less Room

Standard mp4 not so good... 1.Not as good quality
2.Takes up a little more room

but sound quality is same in both. .......or I am wrong. Please enlighten me. Actually I feel the volume is much low after conversion.

althoughy I personally like AVC better, I do encode some of my movies in MP4 format so that I can use it on the video ipod too. why reconvert for two different platforms?

AVC is a better format if you want better quality with image and sound but standard MP4 is better if you want a smaller file size.

I believe ipod also plays avs since it also uses h26 standard

obviousely avc. but avc takes longer time to convert

no doubt if u need to save space avc is the way to go, huge difference

AVC is better, only way that it can be bigger than a standard MP4 is when somehting in the conversion goes wrong
