how i can remove it? what file delete/edit from flash 0?

before you do the following, make sure you have fully backed-up your flash0 folder. the following tips might brick your psp. therefore, use at your own risk and i will not be held responsibility if your psp bricks if you do the following.

you could try and delete the "camera_plugin.rco" from the "resources" folder that is found in the "vsh" folder. or you could edit the icon in the rco editor made by ZiNgA BuRgA (google it).
