Does the PSP support apps like mobile phones etc ?

Not necessarily Java but will it be possible to download a decent MP3 player for example ?

I know people have coded doom etc but dont know whether its a ps2 conversion or some proprietry language ?

i always gettin java pop-ups when i browse online i never no wether to clck yes or no, if ye press yes it just does nothing anyways..............

The PSP supports JavaSCRIPT not Java. JavaScript is completely different than Java.
