| GamingCrazy Semi-Addict ![]() | Re: GBA Emulator??? Nothing beats flash carts and a real GBA or DS for this. Since I have those, I have no interest in emulating the GBA on the PSP. But I am curious to see how well this develops. It seems that right now even 16-bit emulation is slow. That's ridiculous, not that I'm ungrateful for the community efforts. It's just that stuff like SNES and MD/Genesis should positively peg at 60 fps, without even speeding up the CPU, and with good sound too. Here's hoping that all takes off as it should. Even GBA code should achieve full speed, if perhaps with a CPU speed boost assisting. |

| GamingCrazy Fanatic ![]() ![]() | Re: GBA Emulator??? The reason these emualtors are going so slow is because these 16 bit emulaters use colums and rows and the psp uses pixles for its graphix. I think thats about right cuz i saw this somewhere at psphacker.com. The psp wan't really built for these 16 bit games. Who knows, maybe the n64/ps1 emu will be a lot faster when it just comes out. |
