Lol, i was wondering that as well.

Cuz i know when i downloaded it when it was first released, it didnt, so i havent bothered with the other releases.

Portal Installation:
--------------------
Extract/Place the folder "X5" in the COMMON directory.

(Ex. Memory Stick : PSP : COMMON : X5)

Accessing Portal:
-----------------
Open up the "Internet Browser", and type the following:

file:/psp/common/x5/index.html

-----------------------------
Desktop Picture Installation:
-----------------------------
Extract/Place the picture "X5" in the PICTURE directory.

(Ex. Memory Stick : PICTURE : X5)

--------------------------
Accessing Desktop Picture:
--------------------------
Select "Photo" then "X5" from the "XMB" (Cross Media Bar).
