Re: What is better a PSP Slim or a PSP Phat?

Same, it felt like a PS3 controller; cheap...

But I like the Slim better. I had both. I like that it's lighter, Skype add-on (thanks to RAM), more variety in styles to choose from, better speaker placement, and got rid of the infra-red which as far as I was concerned was pointless.

For homebrew only applications of course I'd choose the phat. But newer homebrews can be used on slim. Even more so, DAX's time machine enables the slim to have phat's homebrew capabilities, regardless of how ****ING tedious it is to install. So thanks to DAX, there's no point to buy a phat anymore.

Yeah that's exactly what I said. Original PS3 controllers felt like cheap plastic toys... I've felt the Dualshock 3, it has some girth, so it feels a little better.

I have both and like both. I use the old one to watch UMD movies at work and use the silver slim at home for my games. The screen looks nicer on the slim as well.

Re: What is better a PSP Slim or a PSP Phat?

I had the choice of getting a slim or sticking with the old style last week, I chose the phat psp simply because I dont see the point in paying more for a slimmer version - they shouldve made it more appealing lol.

They did! Umm, "It ain't got no junk in da trunk?" How should've they made it more appealing? I'm just not sure I understand you...

But my friends and I noticed something, especially since I live in NY. Theres a pure red God of War PSP slim and possibly they're make a pure blue PSP for some other game... We were afraid that these two PSP's may become gang symbols. XD
