Try lowering the bitrate some. Also I suspect that it is encoding to the AVC codec anyway.

....weirdly enough when i convert a .flv to a .MPEG-4 (h.264/AVC with exactly the same options as before) and put it in the folder called 100ANV01 and the renamed the file to MAQ00004.MPEG-4 it works although just incase ill try out the same file without the h.264 codec and lower the bitrate as a file without the h.264 codec is much smaller than the same file with the codec...
