download irshell, its better AND has bookr integrated, just select the pdf file and it will open in bookr, select HOME and youll be back at irshell. The better part is that YOU CAN LISTEN TO MP3s WHILE READING A PDF! select the song you want and then open the pdf, very simple.

Yeah why not use an ebook reader, some even support music playback of stuff from your regular old music folder.

Could not seem to get images on bookr. Do they support images from PDF?
The program I suggested converts images into JPEG.

I can never get Bookr to work so I just use PDF2PSP for Mac to make my images, haven't tried the PC app but thanks for posting it!
